Current images: All 200 products have generated placeholder images in images/products/. These are clean, professional tiles with product icons and department colours — suitable for launch but must be replaced with real product photography for Google Merchant Center.

Google Merchant Center Requirements:

• Minimum 800×800 px (1200×1200 px recommended)
• Square 1:1 aspect ratio
• White or transparent background (#FFFFFF)
• No promotional text, watermarks, or prices embedded in image
• WebP or high-quality JPEG format
• Clear view of actual product — no illustrations for final listing

How to Replace Images:

1. Take or source real product photograph meeting requirements above
2. Save as WebP in images/products/ using same filename (e.g., nitrile-gloves-box-100.webp)
3. Update the "Image File" column in the product editor above if filename changes
4. Refresh the site — images are referenced directly by filename

AI-Generated Images (Interim):

If real photography is not yet available, you may use AI-generated product images from tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion. Ensure they are photorealistic, on white background, and do not contain text overlays. These are acceptable for interim use but should be replaced with actual product photos before Google Merchant Center submission.

⚠️ Important: Do not submit placeholder or illustrated images to Google Merchant Center. Doing so will result in product disapproval and potential account suspension.
